In the initial week, known as the "Be with the Student" (Time Spent with the Student), our main goal is to establish a solid base for the individualized learning path.

The tasks set for the first week are meticulously selected. We begin by pinpointing the student's areas of improvement using a detailed assessment method called the Rubric List. This evaluation considers factors like current grades and meaningful discussions with the student.

Additionally, the tutor sets an example of positive study habits or attitudes and encourages the student to follow their lead.

Daily small successes encourage students to adopt the will to internalize healthy learning habits as their own, and BIG Q Tutors see this as reaching internalization.

In this stage, the tutor reduces his or her direct intervention during the weekdays and observes the degree of internalization of good study habits such as completing homework on time or writing neat notes.

When the student maintains a positive study attitude voluntarily for two weeks, celebrate it even more. In the last two weeks, the tutor will not be involved at all and will measure the ability of self-learning.
