AP Test scores, which are used as evidence of objective academic achievement by subject, along with high school GPAs, have become extremely important for college admissions. Therefore, summer vacation is a great opportunity for 9th and 10th grade students preparing for college admissions. Bridge Academy is known as the "BIG SMILE" school, as many of our students have achieved excellent results on AP exams through specialized 1-to-1 AP tutoring and expressed their happiness with a big smile. It is true that more and more schools do not require SAT or ACT scores for admission. However, it is important to consider that if one of your dream schools requires SAT/ACT, you may still need to prepare for these exams to apply to that particular university, even if the majority of schools you are interested in adopting a "Blind" policy towards ACT/SAT scores. Many of our students have prepared for SAT or ACT, even though it was challenging, to ensure they have no regrets in their college applications. They have achieved better-than-expected results and received acceptance letters from schools that accept SAT/ACT scores as optional or required and have expressed their gratitude to us with BIG SMILES.

 College counseling typically involves explaining the criteria for selecting suitable colleges and creating a list of targeted schools during the college application process. This type of counseling usually takes only a few hours. Another college counseling program provides advice and support on GPA management, selecting extracurricular activities, and preparing for AP courses, starting from 9th grade in order to improve competitiveness in college applications. This type of counseling broadens the range of potential colleges one can apply to, provides opportunities for long-term consideration and observation of desired colleges, and results in higher acceptance rates from systematic efforts over several years.
